I have a problem hearing people giving Bush credit for the fact that elections were held successfully in Iraq. I mean really, do we think that this couldn't have happened without George Bush? I have a hard time accepting that. I believe that there are enough peace loving, and patriotic people in that country to have achieved this without "His Steadfast Resolve" as I heard one pundit say.
I beg to differ, granted our troops did and are doing one kick-ass, amazing job over there, but the credit goes to them and the Iraqi people, Bush risked nothing..it was completely political for him, and always has been. On his watch I am quite certain we are in much more danger than we would have had we kept ourselves home where we belong.
How long before we are in Iran and North Korea, I don't know about y'all but I am sick to death of this spreading freedom.
