Well, here's a state where no one campaigned. but Ct is not VT... Joe got 5%. Why? because Nutmeggers didn't want him to be President, that's why.
Where's The Love For Joe?
Despite dropping out of the race for President, Vermont Democratic voters gave their favorite son and former Democratic Presidential front-runner a victory in last night's Vermont Democratic primary. But in Connecticut, Democratic voters treated favorite son and former Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Lieberman like yesterday's news, giving the Stamford Democrat 5 percent of the vote and third in the Connecticut Democratic sweepstakes, The Stamford Advocate reports. "The only candidate from Connecticut -- U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman, who dropped out of the campaign in early February -- failed to muster much of a sympathy vote. In Stamford, he got 5 percent of the vote."

NEW HAVEN (AP) -- Connecticut's white, wealthy and educated Democrats turned out in the largest numbers to help Massachusetts Senator John Kerry win today's Democratic primary.
An Associated Press exit poll showed six of 10 voters were angry with the Bush administration and an additional third was dissatisfied with the Republican president.
The poll of 969 voters was conducted by Edison Media Research and Mitofsky International for the A-P and television networks.
Results are subject to a sampling error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
Voters were evenly split on whether the race against Bush or their candidate's stance on the issues was the most important factor in their choice.
But eight in 10 who focused on defeating Bush went for Kerry.
More than a third of voters say an ability to beat Bush was their candidate's top quality, more than trustworthiness, experience or message.
I took that 20 question exit poll, a front-and-back sheet, not a live interview. When I picked up the sheet, I said to the young fellow manning the booth, "where's the question about hating Bush?" he laughed and said here and here. Everyone asks that."
According to the poll, he was right. Upwards of 90% of the voters want to wring Bush's neck and impeach is buddy, the CT Governor (R).
Note also how well Bush's tax issues resonate in this wealthy state... not. A third of the voters (NPR radio) in CT were from the higher tax bracket.
Then again, Bush is from Crawford, not CT.
