The Tiananmen Square special broadcasts tomorrow. It should prove to be an invaluable view because the Tank Man is an
"icon of the fight for freedom around the world," given that the "Chinese must endure strict political and social controls. Some of these controls regulate speech on the Internet...."
(More on A2)
As noted in the
above post:
Meanwhile, right smack-dab in the U.S. of A., I'm a former reporter/photojournalist for a weekly and a daily and Civil Rights Lawyer/Activist. I am wrongly accused/summary of Attempted Extortion two days after I wrote this email to Jaffrey Police lawyers and the NAACP.
I've had a corporate hatemonger American Tower Corp (symbol:AMT) and its lawyers (including former Massachusetts Bar Association President Richard C. Van Nostrand) the NAACP and the "Slime Bag" Jaffrey New Hampshire Police Chief Martin J. Dunn and/or Cheshire County NH Prosecutor Bill/Albrecht attempt to crush my website/blawg seven (7) times. Proving that we've got plenty of issues close to home to worry about.
And contrary to the implications of my detractors ("King you're ranting again" or "I just don't understand") it's hardly just me who has a problem with the NAACP and the fine system of Justice America offers up for its minorities or less-affluent. Crime and Federalism's Caucasian Civil Rights lawyer/blawgger Norm Pattis yesterday blasted some of the NAACP in terms of "huckster" and "charlatan" after they failed to appear at any part of Civil Rights issue in Connecticut, then later came to condemn his actions, just as they have done with me as I note here.
And with reference to specific case law, I summarize how the State of New Hampshire, with the help of the NAACP, is violating my Substantive and Procedural Due Process Rights right here.
At least a room full of lawyers at Blogger agreed with me that American Tower's counsel Richard C. Van Nostrand either lied or is wrong on the law as they republished the material he likely made them remove as he went to them ex parte style.
I know I have my detractors and supporters on this board. That's the point of the First Amendment. For my detractors I ask how many of you have sustained 7 attempts to arrest you and/or crush your website, or successfully used the Internet to make a cop Defame you, or won a battle to reinstate critical portions of your website pursuant to your criminal defense. Yeah, I thought so. Zero. So you can kiss my ass because back seat driving is easy-peasy Ms. Daisy. Now I'm going to get back with those black cafeteria workers I met yesterday at a certain University and get them and their union behind me to question the NAACP on their bullshit; use the Internet to help. That's the value of the First Amendment.
Anyway, too bad governments all across the World fail to understand the concept of Free Speech -- or understand it all too well and attempt to quash it.
