We've all heard the figure about 65% of Dean's ones being new to the caucus process. However, someone here brought up the point that in 92, 96, and 00, the IA caucuses were something of a foregone conclusion. So, to quote Dr. Dean, what I want to know is;
How many of their 1's didn't vote in '88, the last really contested caucus?
How many of their 1's weren't old enough to vote in the most recent (2000) caucus?
Does anyone have any of these figures, or any way of getting them?
