Can somebody tell me 1) what the hell is wrong with good old fashioned rubber bullets and tear gas? 2) how is flash-frying Iraqi protestors going to solve their problems like no food, no clean water, no electricity, no jobs and no security? 3) how is it that we're sinking money into a program like this when we still haven't spent any money to buy our troops armored Humvees and body armor? 4) how long before they're using stuff like this in America on, oh I don't know, pro-choice demonstrators?
