I've taught myself Business Objects and the Federal Database Procurement System - Next Generation web application well enough to be able to do some queries.
What I came up with so far?
In calendar year 2004, the SSA drafted contracts which were coded as "541820", which is the NAISC code for "Professional Services" aka "Public Relations".
They are as follows...
Fleishman-Hillard (subsidiary of Omnicon)
00600200309C04400352816GS23F0017K
$1,793,819.84 dated 7/22/2004 through 2/28/2006
CESSI (a division of Axiom)
00600200308C04400351950GS23F0010M
$723,719.00 dated 8/31/2004 through 8/31/2005
Axiom is a personal address database company. Omnicon is the parent company involved in the Armstrong Williams controversy.
Anybody have any idea what's going on here?
