<BIG SARCASM-AS-ADVICE LIGHT ON>
Hey! Yeah, I'm talking to you. You used to be a big Dean booster. Then, he stumbles some, and all I hear is
whine, whine, whine, he's finished, what ever am I going to do, I'm so depressed, all hope is lost now. Woe is me. Let us all have one great tearful pity party now.
</SARCASM-AS-ADVICE>
Jeebus, people, pull it together and let's make this work!
Look, Dean and Trippi screwed up in Iowa. Regardless of what HAS happened, we need to concentrate on what NEEDS to happen. How long have you supported Dean? How much have you contributed? How many letters have you already sent? How many hours have you spent at Meetups and on the blogs pushing for the good doctor?
As for me, my answers are, in order, 7 months, $2K, over 200, and hundreds.
Is that something to walk away from because we didn't win in ONE state? Because Dean lost himself in a moment and the media's running circles around itself because of it? Because everyone on the blogs is now saying that Kerry's it and Dean's toast?
Hey, I'm going to NH tomorrow night, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday. Between my friends and I, we'll probably get around 350 letters out the door by Saturday (I'll be bringing the last stack up with me to ensure they arrive in people's mailboxes on Monday). I've convinced one of my friends to come up with me to NH on Saturday, and I'm going to put my all into trying to convince anyone and everyone I meet up there that Dean's the one that can be trusted out of all of the candidates.
So, what's your plan?
