So the Dean campaign has met both it's goals!
It raised more than the $1.5 million dollar original bat.
It raised more than it raised last quarter.
There are ten more hours to go...
Disclaimer: I am a Dean backer and contributor. I am still interested in Wes Clark. And I still think Clark and Dean make natural allies in the General Election.
And may I remind the skeptics that there are no Fed matching funds to pump up the totals.
Opting Out of the Fed match will mean Dean can raise money and continue the fight against the Bush $200 million attack machine.
There was a reason Bush opted out and raised $200 million with NO primary opponents... endless attack ads.
The Dean campaign has made the right response.
I voted for Dean to OPT OUT... I am glad he did. And proud that Dean keeps his eye on the real target, George WhistleAss Bush.
You need a winning 'Recipe for CHICKEN-hawk' and the guts, the cojones... and the money from your backers to make it happen.
Looks like all those back-stabbers (you know who you are) were wrong again! Tsk - Tsk!
Tumblin - tumblin -- nah, Rocking - Rolling!
Can we start campaigning against Bush instead of Dean now?
Are Rove's Orcs and 'useful idiots' finished yet?
Probably not... sigh!
But on to the caucus and primaries! Then the Dem Nom can kick some Thug Ass, slay some pious Pharisees, take down the Rove Orcs, and send the Corrupt Cowboy back under his rock in Crawford!
