My dad called to say that his shop (he runs a tool and die shop in Northeastern Ohio) is being told by suppliers that they can only get 1/3 fo their normal supply of diesel fuel.
He's running a forge and can't operate on the reserves they currently ahve much past next weekend or mid September at the best.
So, I told him to look into Bio-diesel.
A few weeks back a Bio-diesel supplier whad a diary here, on Dailykos...I'm hoping he sees this request and can direct me to a biodiesel supplier for my dad's shop to use.
Any ideas or thoughts on this? Shutting the shop down will badly affect the community which is predominantly rural. If his shop can move to a different fuel, maybe that will also help free up supply for someone else.
So, can you help?
