...I can't find a link to it yet, but
CNN &
FOXNEWS reported a short time ago that Judge Greer, the presiding state judge in the case, barred any attempt to remove Teri Schiavo from the Hospice. Accordingly, law enforcement is ordered to
STOP any attempt to remove her, without a proper judicial order. However, he is reviewing the "evidence" the Governor's office has presented.
Jeb Bush had HINTED earlier at a press conference, that he may order Florida's Social Services to put Teri Schiavo into "Protective Custody", because of a new "expert" that says she's not in a vegatative state. However, this expert didn't examine her. Under the reasoning of the Governor's office, they would intervene as if she's being abused. They would send Social Workers into the Hospice & seize Teri Schiavo, and take her to a Hospital in order to reinsert the feeding tube.
The order from Judge Greer would seem to block that, for the time being.
Here's a question for the Doctor's & Nurses who read
KOS....
Isn't it unethical for a Doctor to diagnosis someone they haven't examined, with just videotapes?
I can't get my Doctor to call me in a prescription, without going in for a $50 Doctors visit, and I'm able to physically TELL him what's wrong with me.
