More details surface about the CIA's methods for steering suspected terrorists into the hands of those who can better get away with torture (not that we've been doing too bad at it ourselves, mind you).
In this case, CIA operatives, wearing hoods that obscured their faces got off a private jet in Sweden to take custody of suspected Egyptian terrorits. They took charge of the two men, stripped them by cutting their clothes off, carefully scrutinized and searched their bodies, forceably administered some chemicals up their rectums, dressed them in diapers, then jumpsuits, then blindfolds and chains. They were then marched aboard the plane, strapped down on mattresses in the back and flown five hours, not back to the US, but to Egypt. It is believed that the CIA broke Swedish law, in the process.
The two men, claim they were subjected to electric shocks and other forms of torture when they reached Egypt. One of the men was sentenced to fifteen years in prison after a trial that lasted only six hours. The other was released after two years and is reportedly no longer under suspicion.
