There are times when anger becomes counterproductive and gets in the way of achieving important goals. When this happens, you need to suck up your anger. The anger might be justified, but that doesn't matter - you still need to suck it up. I'm no freaking monument to justice, so I don't always take my own advice. Doesn't mean it's bad advice. It just means that I am capable of being as much of a crapweasel as anyone else.
There are a lot of passionate people here working towards certain common goals. Not all our goals are shared. We have different opinions about the best way to achieve the goals. Tempers can flare. It's all understandable. But we need to suck it up, folks. There are other ways to discourage bad behavior. They may take longer, but they work better. So I beg you, recognize when your anger is not productive and suck it up.
And here's another request. Don't add comments suggesting that someone else should read this diary. This is about me, this is about you, this about us. This is not about "them."
