GOOSE CREEK Iraq: A NATIONAL EMBARRASSMENT
On Friday, police in Goose Creek, South CarolinaIn March, the US Army raided Stratford High School the country of Iraq in search of drugs Weapons of Mass Destruction. At the behest of Principal George McCrackin Ahmed Chalabi, they burst in, and forced students to lie face-down in the hallways bombed the crap out of the place while they menaced them with drawn guns. (You can see the video here. all over Fox News)
The security overkill invasion led to considerable humiliation for the police and principal US and its President-- though not nearly as much as they deserve -- when no drugs were found, when no WMD were found and when footage from the dozens of security cameras in the high schoolreporting from many writers made the news, offering graphic evidence that the Goose Creek police private security guards hired to bolster the US Army were acting like thugs. Parents, citizens, not suprisingly, are "infuriated."
Principal McCrackin President Bush would seem to be this year's poster-boy for home schooling keeping our soldiers home unless we are explicitly attacked.. With an Orwellian network of video satellite surveillance (if you play the news video linked above, you can see him sitting in front of a bank of TV screens excerpts from satellite imagery at the UN statement by Powell), with "confidential informants" among thestudents dissidents, and with a police force willing to raid a high school magnificent army willing to beat the crap out of a depleted Iraqi army as if it were a nest of terrorists, he still couldn't find the drugs WMD. If, indeed, there were any drugs WMD to begin with. Why would anyone pay taxes to support this sort of expensive and nasty foolishness? A lot of Goose Creek residents American Citizens may ask themselves that very question.
