It has been 3 years, 5 months, and 15 days since Osama Bin Laden and Al Queda atacked us on 9/11. In that time, our glorious leader has been unable to unable to capture Osama Bin Laden. Furthermore, as has been noted many times here, Bush does not even mention his name anymore so that people are not reminded of this epic failure.
I think we should keep reminding/pounding the Republicans of this failure at every opportunity and remind people that we have not captured the man responsible for 9/11, Osama Bin Laden. So I thought it would be usefull if we started making comparisons to where we stood at this same point in time after Pearl Harbor. Today, that date would be May 22, 1945. By this time, Germany had surrendered and we were 55 days into the Battle of Okinawa, the last major land battle of the war. Japan would surrender in less than four months. Hard to believe isn't it? Yet in this same amount of time, we seem to be nowhere closer to capturing Osama Bin Laden than we were on 9/11. Let us remind our Republican friends of this fact.
