Most of what is being reported in the media is the vote totals (and no. of seats won) of the top three parties in the Iraqi elections. I've heard that about a dozen parties got enough votes to win seats; however, I have not been able to see any of the vote totals (and no of seats won) for these parties or the number of votes received by parties that did not win any seats.
The Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq has the full results up on their website. Unfortunately for me all of the lists and candidates are given in Arabic. Even if they were directly translated I might not know exactly what a party is by its name (for instance Allawi's Iraqi National Accord does not indicate by its name that its associated with Allawi). Is there anyone who has access to the full results and if possible explanations of what the parties' are.
Oh I should note that I found it very interesting that among Iraqi voters who cast their votes in the US, Allawi's party came in fifth behind UIA (Sistani's list), the Kurdish list, two different Assyrian Christian parties, and the communists (!?!).
