Yup. Witness the serving up of the "All-Bush=AWOL-All-the-Time" snewz we've been getting FINALLY, after they sat on it for so long. We people, in the know,
knew, but NOW they want the uninformed masses who listen only to them to get it, too.
Corporate America figures it has gotten all the treats and sweets it can from Bush, after serving up so many Bush Valentines to us, for his/GOP's benefit. Now, In the risk-benefit analysis, they are coming to terms with the risks of another FOUR YEARS of this high gambler and are aiming for change. Kerry will do. Dean was too scary. That would have meant REAL change.
Same as it every was.
Buh bye, Bushie!
Heeeeere's Joooohnny! (KERRY)
On Democracy Now there was a segment on media giant Comcast -an incredibly powerful Demon player that can trump Time Warner, and has. It wants to limit our internet independence/access among other nasty things in its monopolizing frenzy. It was pointed out by Jeff Chester, exec director of the Center for Digital Democracy, who also dropped off a warning about KERRY.

Quoting Jeff Chester's warning when speaking to Amy on Democracy Now:
" ...if this deal goes through, I hope your listeners will join with us to fight and stop it and work on creating some new safeguards because if there is a new administration coming next year, we cannot be sure, and Senator Kerry has his own connections to the cable industry. ..."
CNN has hated Dean and been very-Kerry friendly. MSNBC has definitely thrown its hat into the Kerry ring. IMUS supports him and he gets a lot of early morning drive time. He's on MSNBC in the a.m. Fox's OReilly has gone on record dissing him. (And I heard him say, when asked, that he likes Kerry -- of all the Dems -- over a year ago.) Last night's MSNBC Hardball was a Kerry Valentine, the whole show devoted to picking apart the lies and cover ups of Bush's spotty, silver spooned service and Kerry's bloodied trail thru the jungles of Nam, his righteous service, his righteous protest.
Matthew's was on Team Kerry 100%, even having on the sort of Bush dissers one normally finds ONLY on Cspan or Democracy Now. Like James Moore who writes entire antiGWB books. Detailed, unpleasant ones, like "Bush's Brain: How Karl Rove Made George W. Bush President" and the new "Bush's War for Re-Election".(Remember, this is the same MSNBC that fired Donohue just before the Iraq war because his show was too dissing, too questioning, too liberal, too anti Bush/war in its guests and topics.) In fact, he was on Democracy Now with more AWOL news on Friday:

They have always hated Dean, as he said he would beat them down to size.
They USED to LOVE Bush, but NOW they PREFER KERRY
Re: the "All-Bush=Awol-all-the-time" sNEWz weve been served up these past few weeks. They have chosen Kerry, and so, they are aiding this silly framing of the 'news' stories into "who served/who didnt?" -- a Republican original created to dis Dems that Dems now steal thunder from.
Yeah, its satisfying, sure. But as Dems cheer it on, like Red Sox fans whose long losing team is finally snuffing the Yankees, SO MUCH news of actual importance goes missing. We are cheering a faux-framed, Pub invented game on a Pub playing field. Fine enough for temporary thrills, for the chum in the waters it may give to turn the sharks on Bush, but it is overdose as more important news goes ignored and its ultimately unhelpful to us.
Its part of corporate media's shepherding of we, the sheeple, into whatever spot they prefer us to be in at present. And that is Kerry's corner. As they continue to ignore Actual NEWS that is unhelpful to their aim to keep us UNinformed of their dirty doings. That would turn us into critcially thinking, aware and actively participating citizens, and that is the last thing they want.
