Not to mention, no poll has been released. This is all conjecture. Pretty good stuff, in fact, for the pro-Rubio camp. All the benefits of a good poll result, without actually having the poll exist.
It'll be much harder to use immigration as a culture weapon if all those brown people happen to be legalized residents and citizens.
