Massive protests of the right wing attempt to remove Roh. In South Korea, the blogger's candidate won - and when the right impeached Roh and took power, they cracked down. They also warned people not to turn out.
The reason for the protests? The Korean constitution provides that 6 of 9 court judges must agree to remove a President who has been impeached. With general elections coming up - the Uri party - which supports the suspended Roh - is pressing for a quick rejection of impeachment by the Court - a move which would tilt the elections. Meanwhile, only the most hardline of the right expect the court to back them with a quick removal, instead, they are manuevering for delay until after the elections.
