We all know George W. Bush and his cronies are by far the most hideous and dangerous group of people who have occupied the White House in American history.
Let's just assume another worst scenario: In George W. Bush's remaining time, there is a military conflict with communist China, George W. Bush then decides to order a preemptive nuclear strike against China despite the dire warnings from his top military advisors that a disastrous counter nuclear attack from China is inevitable.
From the angle of constituional law, we know the Congress can not stop George W. Bush from making those executive decisions. So my question is what constitutional options are still left on the table to stop him from literally wiping out both China and U.S. from the world map.
Can military overrule his decision under dire situation? Is there any special constitutional clause to authorize U.S. military to effectively take over the White House and take George W. Bush and his cronies into custody under emergent situation?
