It's about how the new Soc. Sec. trustees report predicts the trust will be "exhausted" in 2041.
Detail not revealed until fourth paragraph:
"That date is one year earlier than the 2042 date the trustees estimated in their 2004 report."
A one year change in an economic prediction garners that headline. How pleased the administration must be with media coverage like that. I'm surprised they didn't use words like "broke", "bust" or "bankrupt" while they were at it.
