Well, its finally out:

The long awaited internal report on the CBS debacle concerning the Killian Memos. CBS sacked 4 of the people involved in the story but spared Rather and Haward, the top bananas.
Unfortunately that still leaves all the other questions unresolved, starting with: How did someone who ended his his career as a pilot suspended from flying, got NO awards or decorations whatsoever in the 5 years and 4 months of his 6 year career and was discharged COMPLETELY unqualified after receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer financed flight education. See it all right here: http://users.cis.net/coldfeet/ANG22.gif No wonder the little weasel we call commander in chief didn't even show up to sign his own discharge, there's falsehoods and a severe lack of information: like anything honorable he did.
Whats most intere4sting about all this is Bush's response or rather, non response. Nush and his people have never denied that these are real!!Bush had to know right away the minute he looked at those papers whether they were real or not because he HAD to have seen some of these before or the real ones if these are fake.(
http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2004-09-09bushdocs.pdf ) How long would it take someone looking at papers about important events in their career giving a completely different version of their military service than theyve always given to know they are false? Either the events happened exactly that way or they didn't!! There's no Maybe for George Bush, either these are the documents he looked at and talked with at least Killlian about or they AREN'T!And George Bush knows for sure--he was the central figure in the actions described although he pretends this all happened to someone else. This IS the record-this IS his career and he WAS there to see it happen.
Listen up veterans! If a major broadcasting company was showing documents that you KNEW were forged--you'd seen the originals-- how long would it take you to call a lawyer and stat suing? Right after you went to the FBI and demanded they investigate the forgers and bring them to justice, giving them all your available evidence and records? You bet!! And if you were in a presidential campaign where this might sink your boat, you'd have lawyers and injunctions and be demanding to know the complete story of them. ANY veteran would be doing this--unless he had something to hide.
Not George Bush--he has not denied them yet and neither have his people, only relesed them back to the press uncommented on. They are pretending that these are "private" documents like they came out of Killian's scrapbooking hobby. Pretty strange when you consider they already know the perpetrators of this possible crime.
CALL THE FBI!!! These are important federal documents and if they are forged, a SERIOUS federal fcrime has been committed!! And if they are real, then MORE federal crimes have been sommitted in cleansing Bush's record of them.
Two of them are formal federal documents: The order to take his physical and the orders for his suspension from flight status. There's NO way he could not have seen these, Killian read these orders to him face to face and Bush signed for them.
We know he was ordered to take his physical and that he did not take it. This is serious military dereliction and there are prescribed methods to deal with it. A flight boardmust be convened and appropriate steps taken to deal with the situation--the method does NOT allow the refuser not to fly and to run off to play politics in Alabama and then run off to Harvard Grad School as was done with the current Commander of all our armed forces.
MArian KNox, Killian's secretary confirmed that she typed the orderds. Bush refused to answer whether he had been given a direct order to take his physical when asked on the questionnaire given to him by the AP. He would have denied it if he could!
So we kow he was ordered to take his physical. Killian would have embodied this in a memo to his superior, then col Bobby Hodges. This order should have been in George Bush's files but they are not! Where are they if the one presented is not it??
We know for sure that Bush never took his physical--thats just history. The most logical explanantion is that it would have revealed something that would take kim out of the presidential race forever dope, probably cocaine, maybe pot too. 1972 was the first year they started random testing for dope in the 111th Fgtr Sqd
We also know for sure that George Bush was suspended on August 1st, 1972 from flight status by his CO Jerry Killian. This would have been a part of the prescribed process for dealing with someone who refused to take his physical; normally: order him to take it and when he refused, convene a flight board and courtmartial him. Killian does this by calling for one in accordance with Para 2-29 AFM 35-13
Para 2-29m, AFM 35-13: "When a Rated Officer Fails To Accomplish a Medical Examination Prescribed by AFM 160-1 [emphasis added] ...(1)The local commander who has authority to convene a Flying Evaluation Board will direct an investigation as to why the individual failed to accomplish the medical examination. After reviewing the findings of the investigation, the local commander may convene a Flying Evaluation Board or forward through command channels a detailed report of the circumstances which resulted in the officer's failure to accomplish a medical examination, along with a recommendation that the suspension be removed. (2) The individual's major command will forward the report along with the command recommendation to USAFMPC/DPMAJD, Randolph AFB TX 78148 for final determination."
We know for sure that Killian suspended Bush on Aug 1st, 1972 because we have these supporting documents:
http://www.usatoday.com/news/bushdocs/11-4_2004_Personnel_File.pdf (document #11)
"In accordance with Para2-29m, AFM 35-13, failure to accomplish medical exam, 1st LT George W Bush is suspended from flying status effective date Aug 1st, 1972... Publish orders as directed in Para 2-28 AFM35-13
(signed) (then Col) Bobby Hodges and (then Major ) Rufus MArtin
Hodges and Martin are confirming Killian's oreders of Aug 1st 1972
Also: http://users.cis.net/coldfeet/grounded.gif
"Verbal orders of the Comdr dated Aug 1st, 1972 suspending 1st Lt George W Bush from flying status......are confirmed."
We know absolutely for sure that Killian did suspend Bush from flying on Aug 1st 1972 verbally, that he did write orders (memo's) concerning this, that he did order a flight board convened and that these orders were sent up the chain of command. we also know that he was ordered to take his physical and that he did not do it.
WHERE ARE THE REAL ORDERS FOR THESE?????!!! where are the real orders for these if the Killianpapers are not the real ones?? Their absence is triking!! These absolutely should have been in George Bush's documents AND THEY ARE NOT!!! If these are false, where are the rwal ones and what do they say??? The public has a right to know!!
The public also has a right to know why NO federal authority like the FBI and the Military Criminal Divison are NOT investigating what is absolutely federal crimes: forgery of federal documents and distrib ution of forged federal documents. They ar absolutely fedeal documents--orders written under the letterhead of a federal unit by its commander, signed in performance of his duty: to wit: ordering a subordinate to take his physical and suspending him for not doing so.
Who quashed the ordered flight board? Thats a HUGE question. Killian ordered one, Hodges and Martin confirmed it, so did AAFHQ Denver--what happened to it?
Any veteran with an nhonorable record would come out and give all the facts. But Bush never will, because, among opther things, it will prove thathis service ended disgracefully: suspended from flying, with NO qualifications or medals at all. He chose this rather than take his physical--it must have been very important to him.
This whole thing on CBS is a superbly effective maneuver to silence ANY talk or invertigation. CBS is playing ball right down the line, insyead of fighting their story
The story line remains the same: George Bush has the most chickensht military record of any president ever and the media is too cowed to print even the basic facts of his disgraceful service
