By now we all know the verdicts in the trial of Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling, the founder and head honcho of Enron. What's amazing to me is that they still don't get it. Skilling seems to think that the verdict was a matter of whose side won: their side beat out side. Lay seems to think it had something to do with God and that, in the end, God has a plan and that it will all work for some ultimate good. The loss of thousands of jobs, retirement money, savings money, and at least one death (suicide) seem irrelevant and immaterial. What do we do with such people?
