As I wrote yesterday, the R-leaning Quinnipiac poll has been cited as reason to say CT has a 'tight' Senate race, despite other polls showing a 12 point Blumenthal (D) lead (previously it was GQR, yesterday it was PPP) over Republican steroid promoter Linda McMahon.
Today, Fox news (MoE +/- 3) confirms a Blumenthal lead of 10 points, 52-42. Blumenthal gets much higher trustworthy numbers than McMahon (Blumenthal trustworthy but not McMahon is 40%, McMahon but not Blumenthal is 28%) highlighting why the Vietnam slam ads McMahon is running won't work.
The likely voter poll was done by Rasmussen (Pulse Opinion Research) for Fox, so no D bias here.
