Our reporter on the Hill says Sen. Reid just announced he's filing cloture tonight on DADT and the DREAM Act. That would mean the votes would be on Saturday. That sounds like DADT is up first. We'll have more for you momentarily. -- TPM
It takes a day and another hour once Reid files for cloture to bring a bill to the floor for its cloture vote. So if indeed Reid is filing tonight, a vote for cloture could take place anytime Saturday.
Once cloture has been voted on (it only needs to be invoked once, because of some fancy maneuvering on the part of Nancy Pelosi and the House of Representatives) then assuming the cloture vote is successful, a vote can finally be taken after another 30 hours of waiting which will only require a majority of the Senate to actually repeal the Don't Ask, Don't Tell law.
While most analysts believe there are 60 votes for DADT Repeal, It is much less certain whether there are the votes for cloture for the Dream Act however.
Updates below the cut as I find them.
I'm going to file cloture tonight on the DREAM Act. We'll have a cloture vote on that Saturday morning fairly early. We're going to have a cloture vote tonight on don't ask, don't tell -- not a cloture vote. I'm going to file cloture on it tonight. So those will be sequenced for Saturday or whenever we get to them.
Update: This seems to be the result of Reid being unable to pass the Omnibus budget bill, forcing the government to be funded by another continuing resolution. As reported here
Update "Reid has apparently filled the tree, which prevents any amendments to the measures." -- TowelRoad
Update
Senator Reid has apparently just announced his intent to file for cloture later this evening on DADT and the DREAM Act. Another report, from Advocate reporter Kerry Eleveld, says that Reid has filed for cloture on both. The vote is expected late Friday night, early Saturday. -- AmericaBlog
Update Apparently Reid has announced that the first cloture vote will be for the DREAM Act on Saturday, and then, if it fails, for DADT repeal.
Update So now it's no longer up to Harry Reid. He's done it. Now it's up to 60 Senators to keep their words (I'm talking to you, Scott, Lisa, and Olympia, among others). Will they weasel out with some excuse or not?

"If DREAM gets 60 to end debate then we would have final passage Sunday," a Reid aide told TPM. "If DREAM fails, but DADT gets 60 then it's the same case -- final vote Sunday." -- TPM
