And in case you were wondering, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), missed the vote because he had a "family obligation that he just could not break." Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) on the other hand, postponed pre-surgical tests that he was scheduled to undergo ahead of his surgery for prostate cancer on Monday.
