The Rs are doing their damnedest to delay the process, but the House just passed the Previous Question vote 228-202; and are now voting on the rule for the debate on the Senate bill. It will be interesting to see how long that 228 holds up.
And it's less critical now, but Jim Cooper has come around to a yes vote, and Marion Berry (which always makes me think of pie) will be a no
And this is fun. The orange-hued one has apparently instructed his GOP colleagues to "behave like grown-ups" when the bill passes.
Update: They've reached 220 on this rule. And then are going to do another non-related resolution.
