OTTAWA - Slapping sanctions on U.S. exports to Canada in reaction to softwood lumber duties won't help to solve the lingering trade dispute between the two countries, says Washington's new envoy to Ottawa. Instead of tit-for-tat measures, the two countries must return to negotiations to solve the dispute, David Wilkins said today

CBC TV news just showed Bush in an interview from late today
again refusing any outside help.
I'm so sad for your country today. You deserve better leadership than this guy in charge of FEMA who doesn't even realize it's his bloody job to be on top of things, like knowing the location of the people his agency is enforced with saving.
Oh yeah: and actually doing something for them.
