Instead of denying that Bush is
his neighbor (contrary to the views of Dale Ungerer), Dean should be saying that Bush has earned criticism by being a
BAD neighbor. It's a much better argument -- and it's got connotations of abusing a relationship of trust that get to so much more of what Bush does that merits opposition.
It's really more of Matt Groening's idea than mine; George H.W. Bush deserves an assist, too, for making the vague "BAD NEIGHBORS" sign.
