DKos alumni Steve Gilliard has touched on something we all need to do. I encourage everyone to keep this entry up as much as possible, or for Kos to provide a link to
this article, because if the media won't do it, then we must. If the media is already conceding that Bush has won the debate, then who can surely say, especially after, that Kerry won the debate? We can!
We must be the ones that call up these shows, that send letters to the editors of our newspapers, speak up at the water coolers, do it all en masse, and declare that Kerry outperformed Bush at the debate, that he has a better foreign policy plan than Bush, that Bush refuses to admit he's wrong when so much is wrong in Iraq, etc. It is up to us folks. We are going to have to be the ones that tilt the polls and the mainstream perception of this election. It is up to us. WE are the OTHER rapid response team.
I'm going on tour in Charleston, SC, Raleigh and Wilmington, NC this weekend, so this is my only chance to let you guys know that this needs to be done. Get ready folks! Once that final audience applause hits, it's time to hit the blogs, the airwaves, everywhere, and declare to all who can hear that Kerry won the debate.
