Okay. Here's the deal. Gina has granted me super-duper, extra-special status to roam and rove with press credentials anywhere, any time, with anyone I choose at Yearly Kos and report back to the Daily Kos community for those who are feeling homesick for a convention that they can't attend.
I am in awe of my own powers here. Help me choose how to use them wisely, you Left Behinders (there's a liberal pun in there somewhere, isn't there?).
What kind of blogging do you want? It seems to me the Yearly Kos Committee has coverage of the panel sessions well in hand through combinations of audio taping, streaming, videotaping and after-session analysis. Remember too, that Air America will be there. And everybody is going to have interviews with the big players posted all over the liberal internet(s), so I'm not sure my extra-special powers will be put to the best use posting the 17th interview of Howard Dean. (And frankly, I'm less interested in the big names attending than I am in the average Kossacks attending.)
Tell me: What would you like me to write about while I'm there? What would help console the non-attendees? Fluff? Atmosphere? Who's drinking too much? Do you want me to hang with the journalists and report back on what they're saying about us (please, no. I really don't want to. But I'd grit my teeth and do it if I must)?
Step on up and make your desires known. I am here to channel the convention back to you at your command.
