I posted this as a response earlier, then it struck me that I'd like some feedback on it. So, here goes:
As a Dean supporter, I could list lots of reasons NOT to support Kerry. I won't.
I'll simply say, again:
Just because the nightly news and the TV talking heads say John Kerry has sewn up the nomination, the facts says something completely different.
It takes 2162 delegates to win the nomination.
John Kerry has 262 delegates as of February 5th.
10% of the delegates needed to win the nomination.
I for one refuse to let the TV tell me who should be the Democratic nominee. I choose to listen to the entire electorate, of which 90% have yet to voice their opinion through their ballots.
What about the rest of you?
