Well sports fans I have quite a history with NAACP CEO Bruce Gordon. I've made him a lot of money while he was a Big Cheese (Retail Markets Prez, among other things) at Verizon, actually. This was in 2002 as I was working for American Tower Corporation, as seen at the 'PS' of this post, written after my biographer emailed me this morning:

I further detail the relationship in this audioblawg, noting that a Verizon company had made my client, decorated Persian War Veteran Gregory Boatwright

get back on the phone with an irate white man who had just called him a NIGGER.

See, they wanted this all to go away but recently-reinstated Jaffrey Police Chief Dunn blew it: (more on A2)
Here's what's up: See, ATC fired me immediately after I echoed the written sentiments of an Asian female staff attorney (I have that letter) in demanding overtime. We settled out of court and I duly removed all references to these pigs from my blawg and website. And American Tower settled several lawsuits and paid the DOL about $300K in overtime assessments.

What I did not know, however -- until recently-reinstated Dunn told me during his Deposition, was that ATC had told him a whole lot of nonsense about me most likely before, during and after I signed my settlement agreement with them. This they did pursuant to a mere phone call, no subpoena or nothing. See if there had been a subpoena it would all have been different. I would have called a lawyer, etc. etc. and Chief Dunn probably wouldn't have that secret file he's carrying around on me like he was f*cking J. Edgar Hoover.
So now ATC's lawyers join the Jaffrey/NAACP lawyers in reviewing my blawg to see when or if they will pounce. If they pounce, I countersue for Defamation and breach of our privacy agreement. If I pounce and sue them for Defamation they pounce back to sue me for breach of our privacy agreement.
Problem is, they breached first, to Chief Dunn. And they know it. Otherwise they would have railed me already.

NAACP CEO Bruce Gordon was a Verizon demi-god. One of the reasons his pockets are lined so flush now is because of the efforts of people like me: I nailed a project with ATC South Manager Kris Doyle regarding Right of First Refusal letters (ROFRs) for tower co-locations. It was one of the reasons I earned my $6K raise and employee-of-the-week status.
And now Mr. Gordon, whom I have repeatedly asked for comment and dialogue....

....sits by and watches his troops try to lock me up. Well I got something for his ass too, and it won't be money this time.
