President Obama has stated as one of his most lofty goals is delivering a health care system that provides care for all. This system should be efficient, cost conscious, increase quality care, all while providing this digitally as an Eletronic Medical Record (EMR)! WOW! As a healthcare provider I will say that this is a very daunting endeavor to say the least but it must be done. Do you know how many hospital deaths there are per year due to medical errors? 195,000!

"If the Center for Disease Control's annual list of leading causes of death included medical errors, it would show up as number six, ahead of diabetes, pneumonia, Alzheimer's disease and renal disease," continued Dr. Collier. "Hospitals need to act on this, and consumers need to arm themselves with enough information to make quality-oriented health care choices when selecting a hospital."

Shock and Awe technically known as rapid dominance, is a military doctrine based on the use of overwhelming power, dominant battlefield awareness, dominant maneuvers, and spectacular displays of force to paralyze an adversary's perception of the battlefield and destroy its will to fight. The doctrine was written by Harlan K. Ullman and James P. Wade and is a product of the National Defense University of the United States in 1996.

Americans have witnessed through the Presidential primaries and campaign this doctrine used politically and now we are about to see how future President Barack Obama will run his administration and our country.
Many adversaries, critics, and naysayers continue to say there is a lot we don't know about him. Currently he is one of the most popular people in the world; easily researched and constantly under the microscope. Maybe that mystery is the feeling of rapid dominance. They are paralyzed.

It is getting real crazy these past couple of days. From political chicanery to the state of our economy resting in the balance of vote manipulation by Southern GOP Senators. Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) has lost his bearings. Why would you want to push the nation over the edge? It is obvious the repugs are up to their fear mongering. Call Washington and ask your Senator to SUPPORT the bridge loan! Number's (202) 224-3121. Bankruptcy for the Big Three spells DISASTER for the United States, and these Rethug clods are so blinded by their own economic cultist views to see this. LEAN ON THEM!!!

The Republicans know the end is here and this is their last stand. Five weeks is a long time before the noose is tightened. Look for there to be the biggest smear and delay tactic yet from the right. Don't relax now folks we are still in campaign mode. I've witnessed how fast the Dkos community get into action.
Sen. Corker (TN) has singlehandedly undid all the goodfaith negotiations of the UAW. This is real and not a drill. America is subsidizing financial help in Tn for Volkswagon! Call all republican senators today and demand that they support the bailout of the big three. Just ludicrous!

Down or way down! There are 39 more days (936 hours) until future President Obama's inauguration. The state of the union is....fugly at best. In our rush to be done with the George W. Bush administration in all its calamities, failures, corrupt policies and practices I think America realizes the state of our economy is his painful lasting legacy. While the republican spokesmen Hannity and Limbaugh are crafting to call this the Obama recessionI am not swallowing that crap! It is now documented that this is the Bucession. Until January 20, 2009 there can not be anything that affects America or the world that can be attributed to the Obama/Biden Administration. The republicans blame PE Obama for everything from the high price of gas to global warming. The Bush administration has been disaster personified x1000. This meltdown was forecast 4 years ago. Will the Bucession turn into the Bupression?

Times of ~~1929~~ 2009 are here! Unless you are living under a rock or in a cave, you are probably personally experiencing the effects of this perilous financial meltdown! Our stock market valuation is currently at the same levels it was 11 years ago. Every 10 days it seems that it takes away year of valuation on mutual funds, stocks and bonds. At the current rate I anticipate our market to be at 1994 levels by President Obama's inaugaration. Our economy is shrinking! This year alone to date the DJIA fell almost 6000 points!

The elections are over and we've selected change. Supreme kudos to President-Elect Barack Obama! You fought and won a hard rough election. You resisted and pushed pushed back relentless attacks and smears. We are celebrating now but tomorrow you have to roll up your sleeves and get to work. The first thing you need to do is get into the drivers seat and get us out of this ditch. You may have to go in reverse and/or rock the vehicle to get us out of the rut we are in. Neither scenario is pleasant. Use whatever political capital you gain to make the journey as smooth as possible.

On August 29, 2008 Senator John McCain picked Governor Sarah Palin from Alaska. This was the day after Senator Barack Obama accepted the nomination. After a nearly flawless democratic convention Obama was poised to receive a significant post convention bounce. The Palin pick minimized it. In fact it almost overshadowed the democratic convention. In 3 days she became a household name thanks to the MSM and the internet. On Aug. 25, 2008 this is what was said about Sarah Palin (celebrity #1)

The McCain campaign is definitely on the ropes. Eight days until election day, Obama maintains a nine point lead nationally. He is also ahead in eight of the twelve battleground states. In newpaper endorsements Obama leads almost 3:1, 207 to 73. Obama support among White voters is among the highest for any democrat since President Jimmy Carter and rising↑. The majority of the Womens vote. Solid Jewish, African American and Latino support. The Obama campaign appears to have more funds, a more organized ground game in the 50 states, and manpower. It appears that the Obama campaign is running on all 12 cylinders. This should be an indication of how an Obama administration will be run.
