By now, everyone's heard about Rush Limbaugh's disgusting slur on our men and women in uniform who oppose our involvement in Iraq. Well, I'm one of Rush Limbaugh's "phony" soldiers. I proudly serve in our Army Reserve (stateside so far, but prepared to go anywhere I'm assigned if called) but I happen to think that the war in Iraq was a foolish endeavor, poorly planned, incompetently executed, and a disaster for our country, and a nightmare for the people of Iraq. So, according to Limbaugh, who never served a day in the military, I'm a phony soldier. Because I, and so many of my fellow comrades in arms, feel that we deserved far better leadership from our elected leaders, we're phony soldiers. Well, screw that.
