This is short, but I think it deserves an airing since no one is talking about it.
It really is time for our congressional Democrats to consider new leadership positions at the top. This is not to say that Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid need to go because of leadership mistakes or election outcomes; it just means that it really is time for new faces to take over those positions.
Of course, this is not likely as long as both of them still hold office, but I do think that the Democratic caucuses in both houses should be thinking about leadership for the future. And, honestly, I doubt that that future contains a Speaker Pelosi and a Majority Leader Reid.
