I came across this story on CNN, and believe it should get more attention. It's about a boy, Ruben Martinez, who became fearful after the shootings, and his mom suggests he thinks about a way to help the community. He comes up with #ElPasoChallenge, where people pledge to do 22 random acts of kindness in honor of the 22 gunned down. He even helpfully suggests some simple acts of kindness! It is a wonderful challenge, and I pledge to take him up on it.
Read the story, get inspired, change the narrative from hate to kindness.
