I have a good friend who is giving up smoking while in nursing school. She is going through withdrawal. Last night she got an e-cig to help. I told her how different she looks 3 weeks later. Her eyes, skin, and teeth all look bright, clear, and healthier. Her voice even seems different. I'm her buddy to get through this. She's going to make it.
Namaste. Welcome to Saturday. Time to breathe deep, sit up straight, chest out, shoulders down, feet on the floor. Now bend over and touch your toes (while sitting). Hold your toes and breathe in and out. Feel your spine stretch.
Its a lovely morning. I hope you all have a good day. Take time and do something good for yourself. Drink your 8 glasses of water, the goal is 2 liters! If you get time to meditate, even if its 10 minutes, you will reap the rewards of a lower heart rate, better mental condition, and be more relaxed. The world is a much nicer place when we take care of our bodies and minds.
