Good morning. Welcome to finals week yoga. Its an intense week but with good preparation, we should all make it through with minimal stress, anxiety, and pain. We start by sitting up straight and drink 2 glasses of water. (go ahead, I'll wait here).
Now think of a positive affirmation you can say to yourself. They can be as simple as "I am a positive person" or "I accomplish stuff" or "I am loved". Close your eyes and say something nice to yourself.
Now take 2 deep breaths in and out.
Now how do you feel?
Today, drink those 8 full glasses of water, take time to stretch, put positive thoughts into your head.
