Intelligence worker lying dead outside State Dept.

According to reports, John Kokal, who worked in the State Department Intelligence and Research Bureau, was found dead outside agency headquarters in Washington, D.C. on Friday around 5pm.  The body has not been moved.  Kokal is said to have worked in a unit that dealt with intelligence and research, where he handled classified documents regularly but was not involved in intelligence analysis.  He was found in a window well 20 feet below ground level, and there is speculation that Kokal fell from the building, whether by homicide, suicide or accident.  Kokal was not wearing shoes.
