Lieberman certainly doesn't look strong to most people in the blogosphere. On dkos we reguarly hear about how Lieberman should drop out. Hell, he is actually behind Kucinich in Iowa and New Hampshire. However, he is closer to overtaking Clark than anyone has been in two months.
Edwards gets a decent amount of respect here, but I have a feeling that has more to do with Edwards being the third choice of Kossacks than anything else. Lieberman is winning a mini-Tuesday state, is competitive in the three biggest Super Tuesday states, is winning TN, is close in OK, and has received a notable uptick in press recently. Edwards, who at this point probably has less COH than Lieberman, is competitive absolutely nowhere outside of the south, and is actually barely ahead of Lieberman inside the south. If you ask me, Edwards is the candidate teetering on the brink, not Lieberman.
I am slowly making all of the past information on the ECC available. Hopefully, in a few days I will have a website with access to the progress of the ECC sice mid-July. This will include results during the past five days, which I enjoyed spending in Syracuse with my family, a long way away from my database.
