Although I have consistently failed to determine when Dean will stop peaking, I feel that I can say with certainty that his current surge will begin to end by Tuesday. When new Monday and Tuesday media totals come in, they will replace his monumental media hauls from the first two days ofr the Gore endorsement. Both were records, with Tuesday, December 9th setting the all-time record by a long, long way.
Eventually Clark should re-emerge as the clear, second-place, anti-Dean. That might not occur in the ECC until the weekend before the Iowa caucus, but it will occur.
