In a great move that is similar to the Clark Campaign's Day of Community Service, John Kerry is encouraging supporters in Florida to help out hurricane Charley victims.
Yahoo has got the deal right
here.
In my opinion, this is a great idea. Kerry, instead of merely touring the sites is using what little resources he has (his campaign supporters), and telling them "forget about me today, help them". This is a masterful stroke and will set Kerry apart from Bush in the state. It will show that Kerry is a leader without being President.
This is no new news to me. We all know the man is a real leader.
