NYC Kossacks Gathering

Alright, so have some brief deliberation here's what I've gleaned from the discussion and decided to put forth.

The two venues that have been suggested are both in the East village and since most people seem to have a preference for the village here goes:

Swift Tiberian Lounge 34 E 4th Street.  Personally, I love this place if for nothing else, they have Chimay on draught.

Cedar Tavern 82 University Pl - T'was recommended by someone else so I'll let them pipe up in support.

I'm hoping for next Tuesday since that's the only day next week I can make it.  If you want another day, vote accordingly in the poll and put your pick as a comment.
