Kerry then Edwards get the media surge, high turnout, and a late break win. Here I thought that Clark was the biggest threat to Dean in a de facto matchup. Nope, turns out that Kerry and Edwards had what it takes here in Iowa, and there's a different. Kucinich (is there any reason this guy shouldn't be forced to drop out?) coming out for Edwards was the turning of the screw for Dean in Iowa-- it foiled plan B. Gephardt (failing mightily statewide) saw his support go to Kerry or Edwards, just as the polls I posted this am showed would happen-- cue to bow down before Zogby... Polls win the day.
This thing is far from over though. Gephardt and Kucinich are out. Lieberman (~10) and Clark (~20) are waiting in NH, Dean (~30) is still in the lead, Kerry (~20) and Edwards (~5) get to ride in the momentum-- let's go and get it on.
