Preparing a Speech for Democrats

I apologize for this, but I'm reposting an earlier diary entry here which scrolled off the page before anyone could read it. I wouldn't do this except that I need some help, friends.

I will be presenting a four minute long speech before the local Democratic club (Until the other night, a lot of strong Gephardt support there,  but I imagine there will be support for others as well.) There will be speeches made on behalf of all the current presidential candidates - I will be speaking up for Howard Dean.

First request: Does anyone here know the voting record of Kerry, Edwards, Lieberman and Kucinich on the following legislation:

Iraq war resolution
No Child Left Behind
$87 billion Iraq "reconstruction" bill
Patriot Act
Medicare/Drug bill
Funding the Nuclear weapons program
The "Budget," such as it is.
Any other important legislative victories for George Bush that I can't think of right now.

Second Request: What do you think the "Main" point I should make for Howard Dean's nomination?
