Don't steal bandwidth

I've been getting complaints from webmasters that many of you in the diaries are stealing their bandwidth.

How do you still bandwidth? You link to an image on their server. dKos gets a lot of traffic, and it's those hapless webmasters that end up having to pay to serve up those stolen images.

What's worse, those sites are rarely, if ever, credited with a hyperlink.

It's rude. It's stealing. So here's fair warning. I will start deleting diaries with stolen images. If it happens twice, I will ban the account.

I know this sounds harsh, but Daily Kos must remain a good net citizen. If you want to add images to your site, find a free image hosting service (I'm sure you guys can offer suggestions in the comments). Please help spread the word in the diaries, since this is being written on a Saturday when readership is lower than average.
