I am Disappointed in Wes Clark Today

The more firmly Wes Clark closes off the VP slot on the Dem ticket the more disappointed I get.

And I am disappointed to think that a Dean/Clark or Clark/Dean ticket may never happen. It would be the strongest possible Dem ticket against Bush/Cheney.

I am disappointed that Wes Clark's campaign has not articulated how he plans on beating George Bush. No 'Recipe for CHICKEN-hawk' so far.

Now Nobody runs for VP. Everybody shies away from allowing it in their lexicon before the Dem Nom is chosen. But to compare being Deans VP to being Dickless Cheney is just a bit too much.

I do hope that Wes Clark would consider being SecState with Zinni as SecDef for a Dem Administration.

I'd hate to see a man as talented as Wes Clark not serve in a Dem administration because he was going stay 'in his tent' if he wasn't the Dem Nominee.
