I was struck by Bush's "mission accomplished syndrome" being displayed again in the debate. Despite failing neither to stop 9/11, nor to catch the person who caused 9/11, he feels he is a success against terror. Similarly, we have found out the Pakistani doctor of their nuclear bomb "AQ Kahn" has been running a nuclear black market for years under Bush's watch. He has been dealing nuclear technology to N. Korea, Libya and who knows what other enemies. He was promptly pardoned in Pakistan and is living the life of a national hero.
Despite this Bush still strolls around the white house holding hands with the military dictator of Pakistan, who also refuses to let us capture Bin Laden with our own forces.
If this is Bush's idea of justice I question his fitness to be president and pray that when Bin Laden is captured, Kerry is president so that true justice can be served. I do not feel safe at all with Bush at the helm. He looked indecisive, unsure of events on the ground, and weary. America will be much safer with John Kerry as its leader.
