My dad gets in on the sinclair act

he's a pretty rambunctious dem, and has been spitting mad for the past 4 years. he sent me this email earlier tonight in re: the sinclair company

Joe,

Thank you for expressing your opinion about Sinclair Broadcast Group's decision to air "Stolen Honor". We appreciate your taking the time to contact us with your concerns.

After much discussion and contemplation, we have decided to cancel all advertising on ABC-40 until further notice, with the exception of a small number of commercials that are under contract. This decision was not made in haste or taken lightly. The automobile business is highly competitive, and television advertising is a key part of our overall marketing plan.

Again, we thank you for your concern and hope you will continue to do business with our company.

chalk one up for the good guys, Balise owns about 5 different large stores in the western massachusetts areas and has a very aggressive television advertising program (i can't go 15 minutes without seeing one of their ads on TV)
