On MSNBC, Deborah Norville Tonight did a segment on the Sinclair fake-umentary situation. She had Jon Leiberman, former Washington bureau chief for Sinclair Broadcasting, who was fired after blowing the whistle, and Mark Hyman, vice president of corporate relations, Sinclair Broadcasting Group.
And wow did she come out swinging!
Norville did a great job of reporting on this. She went into how the "retreat" by Sinclair to pull Stolen Honor and instead show a fake news program with segments of Stolen Honor (

Hyman came on next to try to defend the "newsworthy" angle, and Norville just blasted him to pieces. She actually got pissed off at him, especially when he called these last weeks of the campaign the "Silly Season". Seems that she goes along with the rest of the reality-based community in taking the campaign seriously.
